How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.
Delivery typically takes 7–21 days, depending on the product and destination. Select items may be available for faster U.S. delivery and will be clearly marked in the product description.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Does the LED Dragon come with the dragon head?
Some of our dragons come as a full kit, while others may be sold separately. Please read each product description to see what is included.
What if my item arrives damaged or there’s an issue?
